IMPORTANT REGISTRATION INFORMATION

To complete registration, please be sure to fill out the registration form & submit your registration fee.

Once you have completed both steps, you can pick up your registration packet and swag bag the last week of August at the Home Trust of Skagit office located at:
241 S Burlington Blvd Burlington, WA 98233
or at our kickoff event on Tuesday, September 1.

Registration Form

Fill out the following form to register for the event.

Hiking for Housing – Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver By registering for and participating in the Hiking for Housing event, I acknowledge that my participation is voluntary and undertaken at my own risk. I understand that hiking and outdoor activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, uneven terrain, changing weather conditions, wildlife encounters, physical exertion, equipment failure, and other hazards that may result in property damage, personal injury, illness, disability, or death. I certify that I am physically able to participate in this event and assume full responsibility for determining whether I am capable of safely participating. I agree to exercise reasonable care for my own safety throughout the event. In consideration of being permitted to participate, I, on behalf of myself and my heirs, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns, hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Home Trust of Skagit, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, sponsors, partners, agents, affiliates, and event organizers from any and all claims, liabilities, demands, causes of action, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation in the Hiking for Housing event, including claims arising from personal injury, illness, property damage, or death, except to the extent caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct where such liability cannot be waived under applicable law. If I am registering a minor, I certify that I am the minor's parent or legal guardian, have the authority to execute this waiver on the minor's behalf, and agree to all of the terms above on behalf of both myself and the minor. By completing my registration, I acknowledge that I have carefully read and understand this Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver, and that I agree to its terms voluntarily and without coercion.
